The Tupelo Amateur Radio Club welcomes all amateur operators as well as those interested in amateur radio or short wave listening.
Our club is a general-purpose club that promotes all aspects of amateur radio. In addition, we have an active VE team to test and certify those wishing to become amateur radio operators or upgrade their current rating.
The Tupelo Amateur Radio Club is involved with the Lee County Emergency Operations Center, the National Weather Service through SkyWarn, the Salvation Army and the American Red Cross, and we also operate several special event stations each year.
We maintain a 2 meter repeater on 147.240 MHz, tone 100 Hz.
The club call sign is KK5K in honor of our late president Duane Tutor.
Monthly club meetings are held every third Thursday of each month at the Tupelo Regional Airport Terminal on Jackson Street. Times are 1800 to eat and socialize and 1900 to meet. Check our club calendar for more information.
email@example.com is our email address.
We look forward to hearing from you!
